Montpelier Property Management has been in the real estate rental business, in Central Vermont, since 1972. We rent apartments, offices, retail storefronts and restaurants.

All of our buildings are owned, operated and managed by us. We do not rent any properties that we do not own, making our company unique in that respect.  What this means is that we are directly accountable to you during your entire rental period.

Our management, maintenance and repair staff are available at all times to ensure that your rental experience is comfortable. Emergency repairs and situations are handled around the clock to ensure building safety standards, rental quality and peace of mind.
