Montpelier Property Management is continuously renovating and improving its apartments in an effort to maintain high quality apartments. We rent and manage approximately 100 residential apartments. They are located either downtown or within walking distance of downtown and the surrounding old picturesque neighborhoods of the Capitol City. Prices range between $450 and $950. Apartments are clean, bright and energy efficient. Some have fireplaces, hardwood floors and outside porches. Some include parking. All have their own individual electric meters and heating systems that tenants can regulate.

We only rent buildings that we own exclusively so we are fully invested and accountable for our rentals. All of our buildings are cleaned and maintained regularly. For your satisfaction our management and repair staff are available on an emergency basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency repairs are made within 24 hours and all buildings and their systems are inspected routinely and kept in excellent condition at all times.

This allows our company to create a more personal working relationship with potential tenants and gives our agents the ability to address individual's specific rental needs.
